Members enthusiastically shared a wide variety of low-carb, crunchy additions to yogurt, with the most popular suggestions being nuts like walnuts, almonds, and pecans, along with seeds such as chia, flax, and hemp hearts for added nutrition. Several members emphasized the importance of reading yogurt labels carefully to avoid hidden sugars and recommended plain Greek or Balkan-style yogurt as a healthier base, often topped with fresh or frozen berries for natural sweetness. A recurring theme was that managing diabetes is a deeply personal learning process, with members encouraging each other to test their blood sugar regularly to understand how different foods affect them individually and to always be mindful of portion sizes and nutritional content.

DO re-checking the BS, as each persons' biochemistry is different and adjust the portion size. That does the trick.
