Do you eat every 2-3 hours and do you eat snack size portions? How do you get your protein and vitamins?

I eat 3 main high protien, low carb meals and 2 low carb snacks every day.. it keeps me from getting too hungry and over indulging. I have been using the Atkins treats or drinks for my snacks. It helped me to lose 125 lbs and keeps my bg levels down.

I eat when I'm hungry. I can't eat that many meals. It causes me to feel like I'm cheating or something. It's easier for me to eat maybe three meals or two meals and a small snack
