Try and get to a diabetes clinic/councillor and a dietician.

It is a good idea to ask your doctor what is safe for you. For example you can ruin your liver if you take too many. Good luck.

Tyelenol (acetomeniphen). Are you alergic to Ibuprofen? That slways worked well for me. Can't take it now because of kidney disease.
