I got the results of recent H1C tests... 5.6 for both, which now makes me a type 2 diabetic in remission... wow1 This came about by regular aerobic exercise, swimming, walking and cycling... as well as the avoidance of most forms of carbohydrates...(that must continue) and weight loss. No meds I feel so much better than I did a year ago... that I will continue... for as long as I can... I have heard some bad things about the meds.. Metformin and some of the insulins... This I can afford... My Cholesteral levels are now good... (with meds), and my bp is moving into the low area .

It’s a really good way of thinking! And it’s not like we are Robots!
But balancing and being sensible. Leaves you feeling better and
rather than thinking about T2D,think about people things places
And do what you can. Life can still be fulfilling! Make your choice.
Hope you choose yes, As you for sure will be happier Kathy.

Dear Eydie I was aghast to see my flipping auto spelling correct interceded and changed your name to Eddie! But I did mean it about taking an hour out of your day just for you! Then find something that you can do while moving! You wont enjoy it at first, but once you get into the groove, you will start to feel better and then Bang! You will look better too...... Kathy

Try doing 30 minutes on your own if classes are not available! One can usually move something. You will feel better for it. Kathy
