Hi there what can also person eat if you don't eat bread rice potatoes and pasta and you still need to lose weight

Oatmeal for breakfast , salads broiled chicken with no skin or tuna,I eat no bread ,I also walk daily 15 to 30 mins a day.

lots of salad, lean meat chicken fish fruit u can eat multi-grain bread veggies broccoli cauliflower carrots green beans cucumbers tomatoes these r all low gi foods that if u watch ur portions should b good drink lots of water sparkling water is good because its like soda only its better for u sweetened w/ sucralose which is splenda good luck

Turkey, and egg salid for lunch. English Muffin For Breakfast, and usually a frozen dinner for dinner. Banquet makes a lot of good frozed meals. check them out, but snake@ night. Not good.
