Members shared mixed experiences with using turmeric and cinnamon to help manage blood sugar, with some reporting success after consistent use while others saw no difference even after several weeks of trying. Several members mentioned practical approaches such as taking one teaspoon daily of turmeric (noting excess amounts can promote kidney stones), trying cinnamon tablets or powder, and following a low-carb high-fat diet plan through supportive online communities like the Reversing Diabetes group on Facebook. A recurring theme was the willingness to experiment with natural supplements and dietary changes, sharing results openly with the community, and pivoting to new strategies when something didn't work.
