COCONUT FLOUR
A DiabetesTeam Member asked a question 💭

Has anybody been using coconut flour and what is the result in blood glucose measurement?
I have not seen any spikes after eating baked goods made with coconut flour but a possible 0.5 mmol rise in fasting BG.
I might be able to get away with it :->.
Still testing.

Don't use coconut flour. I tried that it don't work well when you try to use if for any purpose to cooking. I use gluten all purpose flour by Philsbury. It works better with anything. Look for any produce that is made from rice. The gluten all purpose flour is made from rice.
