Cannot take the usual normal type @metformin x
So advised to try the slow release type of @Metformin...
I have no ideas as to differences or what it's called it how to take it !???

I took Metformin for a long time, then couldn't handle it anymore (digestive issues). I stayed off it for a year or more and then tried again. I have been on it now for like 2 years and no problems. Maybe you will be able to use it again? You might ask your doctor.

I am on slow release Metformin.I assume its effect is staggered.I take 2 with breakfast and one with evening meal.Your prescriber will tell you the regimen.I hope it suits yoi
