Is There A Specific Diet That Tells You What To Eat?

Is there a diet plan that tells you what to eat each meal. I don't mean a diet that gives you a bunch of choices. A diet that is specific on what you should eat. I have a hard time keeping my blood sugar down. I am on 70-30 novalog. I will follow an exact diet but without choices. that is where I get into trouble. I love food

Members responded to a request for a specific, choice-free meal plan by emphasizing that diabetes management is highly individual, with most suggesting the plate method: half non-starchy vegetables, a quarter protein, and a quarter carbs, while testing blood sugar to find personal carb tolerance. Several members recommended working with a dietitian or nutritionist who can create a structured, personalized plan with exact portions and food weights, which one member found incredibly helpful for compliance. A recurring theme was that while general guidelines exist, such as 45 to 60 grams of carbs per meal and focusing on whole grains over white starches, successful diabetes control requires self-advocacy, regular testing, and professional guidance tailored to individual needs.

I had the carb counting explained to me the easiest way to understand. Divide your plate in half On the part that is half fill with nonstartchy veggies. Then, your protein on the other side with three 1/2 servings of startchy choices. I hope this makes sense

That's a good one, id see nutritionalist.. As what food I do good on wont be the same for you.
And since I on insulin I count carbs and have to account for everything I eat (no free foods at all for me)

You could ask for one to be written for you.
My nutritionist did one for me that is very very simple.
For example it says, 120g protein and I choose the protein. 100 g of green vegetables etc. and o choose the leafy greens.
I weigh the food and have about 90% compliance with it!
