Eat some yogurt with the good bacteria - Plain greek yogurt with fruit mixed in is good. Also loads of veggies.

I have done just that Lost weight and got my BS in control

I eat a healthy diet and go to the gym 3 to 4 times a week

I started just by eating a proper healthy diet Cereal for breakfast, a light lunch (sandwich and some fruit) and my main meal at night. (before 6:00 pm) and a couple of biscuits for supper.

It was not long after I started this that my work mate noticed that I was losing weight
Some of my pains had started to go
and then I joined a gym

Within the two and a half years that I have been doing this I have lost a total of 100 pounds

You can see what I got up to in my story

good luck with your weight loss and I hope you feel good soon

Eat all the veggies you want cut back on carbs switch to whole wheat and whole grain bread and eat high fiber cereals. Eat healthy snacks between meals to keep your blood sugars level with no drastic drop between meals

OK. I also have IBS (C) and gastroparesis which means that veggies ARE NOT MY FRIEND ! I have to follow the low FODMAP diet which largely cuts out high fiber foods. I have an app on my phone (iPhone) that I use to reference what I can eat and what might cause problems. I love a good salad, but it's a crap shoot as to if I'm going to do fine with it or suffer intensely ! The app is offered by the Monash University and is free. It has been very helpful. It still leaves you with the dilemma of what to eat...... BTW, taking a good probiotic is very helpful, but most dairy products are big offenders. I can't eat yogurt....
Maybe something in this will help you. It's rough !
