Saxenda is the same drug as is in Ozempic and Trulicty but is used to "weight loss" and the dose if reflected in that and can not be used with "diabetes meds" that contain the same active ingredient.

I can wake up with a fasting blood sugar of 90. Drink two cups of coffee with just two packets of Splenda per cup and two hours later when I'm ready to eat breakfast my blood sugar's all the way up to 160. I'm looking for any insight anyone has on this issue.

Does Caffeine Affect BG?

I remember being told I can have as much coffee and tea as I want. Now I'm reading that caffeine is one of four bad things that affect BG? Any experience or authorities on the subject? What's the latest?

I agree I do not add sweetener to tea or coffee but if my numbers are low I have a frothy coffee, the Nescafe sachets do have some added sugar but these I limit, just a treat.

We mainly drink tea 🫖

Is Spelenda really bad tho? I used it in my tea daily. Stevia leaves a nasty after taste...
