Is There A Good App To Record Your Insulin And Food Intake On A Daily Basis
Did you check for an app that works with your meter or cgm?
When I used the Accu-Chek Guide I used the MySugr app - talked to the meter and could load in carbs, track insulin, your weight, BP etc
I use Libre2 now and it has similar function on it's APP - meals, insulin, exercise logs etc
I used spreadsheets I created myself in the begining, been about 2 yrs now I use a computer / phone app called nutritionix, you can scan code bars of the food you eat and if in their list you get a nutrition sheets for everything you eat. If the food you are eating is not in their data, which I had to do yesterday myself on a new food I tried, I took pictures for them front and nutrition label a few days later is will be in their data base. When you click on the whole day values where there is a green bar there will be a note section lower right screen and I write in there what my number was each meal, you could add your insulin notes next to the sugar level. It really is easy to use and helps a lot. Link below

I installed it on my computer also in case I have to enter some foods manually in the my foods section, such as recipes i make myself, enter in custom foods. Sometimes the food sold here does not have the same quantities as those in data base they have, so I have my own list in there.
