Is there a diet plan that tells you what to eat each meal. I don't mean a diet that gives you a bunch of choices. A diet that is specific on what you should eat. I have a hard time keeping my blood sugar down. I am on 70-30 novalog. I will follow an exact diet but without choices. that is where I get into trouble. I love food

I am struggling with morning highs and seem to be needing to take much more insulin which I really dont want to do. I go to sleep at night with a certain reading, take insulin Apidra and Lantus and wake up in the morning with the high reading. I have also noticed that the reading does sometimes drop during the course of the night but is high again when I wake up. Also have put on weight. I dont know whether this is a result of wrong eating or whether medication can also stop being as… read more
i use 70/30 I leave out I'm my medicine box .its not a cold box just a metal box for medicine . should I get cold pack or carried to put the novalog in?
I am also on 70/30 and I just leave mine in the dresser in bedroom don't have to be refrigerated
I take two units of NovoLog before each meal and 8 units of Lantus before bed. If I snack, it is with popcorn or nuts.
