It isn't often that you "can't" take different meds at the same time and if there is the Doctor or Pharmacist would have pointed that out to you (my wife who has Parkinson's takes 9 different medications every day, 7 of them are taken together first thing in the morning).
Depending on exactly "what" the meds are there may be a specific reason for taking them at a certain time - typically that will be included on the prescription bottle (ie. take 2 before bed or whatever)
Some meds don't matter when you take them.
Metformin the very common diabetes drug can be taken at anytime with no issue. It takes about 4 to 6 hours to get in your system and stays there for about 48 hours - so at any given time you may have upwards of the last 4 doses you took (if you take in the morning and evening) - so taking that one at supper time instead won't effect anything - it's NOT an immediate acting drug
Others like Sulfonylureas (glyburide, glipizide - any that end in "ide") MUST be taken a given number of minutes before a meal as an example
If you are simply concerned that "maybe I shouldn't take the different meds together" that should not be a concern unless you were specifically advised.
If you are asking because it would be more convenient to split them up, then talk to a pharmacist - they are "medication doctors" after all and they could advise if it is possible and suggest how you may want to split them up..
