That really depends on what you mean by "work" and what your expectation might be.

It and a few dozen other "supplements" that are typically a concoction of up to a dozen traditional/natural historic diabetes treatments "work a little".

Diabetes has been around and known for centuries yet an effective treatment didn't exist until 100 years ago. So back when they found a number of plants that provided a bit of relief.

If anyone of them worked even 10% as well as the makers of products such as this claim, diabetes would have been cured a century ago.

So yes, the ingredients work to "minimally" effect your blood sugar.

A single metformin tablet will do more to control your blood sugar then a whole bottle of this stuff. But that doesn't mean it's useless, simply that it is not now, never was and never will be a replacement for a prescription medication.

I am unmedicated and control primarily with diet. But for a "slight helping hand" I take Milk Thistle, Apple Cider Vinegar (caplet form), Chromium and an FOS (fiber) supplement along with a daily probiotic and "I believe" that they help me maintain my blood sugar as long as I continue to use diet as my "main and effective" management method.

There is a particular WARNING with the Glucopro supplement - it contains something called St. John's Wart (a natural) that causes VIOLENT interaction with most Blood Pressure and Cholesterol meds (many Type 2's are usually at least on one of them).

I believe in supplements but always look sideways at ones that make wild claims and want 50 bucks for a months worth of "over the counter" supplements that you can buy at the grocery store in the pharmacy section.
