Always been wary of over-the-counter meds for diabetes. Diabetes is not an everyday cold, it's more serious. Only take what physician prescribes
I am always suspicious when products claim to be "wonder"drugs.Bit like "super foods",although there is some evidence that this claim is provable in certain instances.
Also believe me , I have tried a lot of these wonder drugs but could not tell any difference.

I just had this very conversation with my nutritionist yesterday! Altai Balance vs Ultraproven. She said the same thing. The dosage (1x daily) wonβt hurt me, bit there isnβt any proof it works. Insert the one that I bought had a disclaimer about being a blood sugar support.
