I find it very difficult to stick to any 1 diet, get bored with what I am eating, need to be able to change it up make it a little more interesting, any suggestions?
Have you tried modified keto, modified Atkins, modified Mediterranean, modified pescatarian. The modified part is working with a nutritionist to modify the diet into a lifestyle change customized to you and your preferences. It's got to be something you can do for the rest of your life that can control your diabetes journey on your terms. Try Baby steps.

I just try to find low.carb recipes or one I can make low.carb. I have a binder that I use for the recipies with carb counts. Some.people do better with a strict diet plan others do better with something less strict
