A DiabetesTeam Member asked a question 💭

Could someone help me out with different ideas on what they eat for breakfast and lunch and supper? I'm stuck on eating the same thing all the time because i stick to what works and end up eating the same old thing and it's getting annoying. You get tired of the same food at some point. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Have a wonderful and blessed day my friends 🤗

How Many Of You Use Almond Flour In Baking/cooking?
A DiabetesTeam Member asked a question 💭

I’ve been finding amazing-looking recipes on YouTube for things like mug cakes and pizza crust, substituting almond flour for regular, and even a cream cheese icing for the mug cakes, using confectioner’s sweetener.
