Do any of the blood sugar supplements really help? No, they don't. The studies for ingredients citing positivie studies are paid for by the industry.

The best thing everyone can do is elminiate processed foods, fruit juices, sweetened/artificial sweetener soft drinks. That is always a good starting point.

If you are serious about reducing or eliminating medications, you need to go one of two routes - low carb or low fat vegan. Both require you do to meal prep, Let me know if you have questions.

You would have to try them all as not 2 people react the same way, we may all be diabetic, but our metabolism is not the same. To know if some are not good, you would have to check your sugar before eating and then 2 hrs later, but try more then once in case it was a fluke on that 1 day. Some spike my levels some do not.
