It depends how well your diabetes is controlled and if you have other complications.

If you are under 65 and well controlled you are at no more risk then you are from the annual flu virus that makes it's rounds. But like "everyone" you should avoid people in general and don't go anywhere unless it's necessary.

If you are over 65 and/or have uncontrolled or poorly controlled sugars, with/without cardio or kidney issues, you should not leave your house.

I do have to leave my house on Monday which will be the first time that all started because I have an appointment with my diabetic doctor. And yes I do also my kidneys are not very good that's another. I had the make appointment with I am not very good about keeping my appointments 😭😭😭
