I have type 2 diabetes and plantar fasciitis blood sugars are irratic. should I start a job part time with this or wait until I have controlled numbers?

I do contract work and when I work full time I don’t take as good care of myself and find I slip and find it harder to control. If u can work and be diligent about the food you eat and when it should be fine.

Irractic sugars where they go high but never too low should not be an issue at a job. Unless you are going "super high" 30.0/540 that would require hospitalization, just "high" sugars wouldn't prevent you from working.

But if you are getting irratic lows then there are numerous (symptoms) that could be downright dangerous if you were working in some environments - the worst could be the danger to yourself going untreated.
