Lot's of vegetables and lean meats, and I eat a lot of salads, trust me, it's hard to stay on track, but when you think of the consequences high sugar can cause, you are better off eating right.

Lean meat and fish, veggies, small portions of fruit and lots of water.

It’s tuff but seeing a dietician is best cause they can help. There are recipes in Pinterest that can help as well.

Everyone has a different metabolism. Use moderation in your portions. You'll see what you have to try to stay away from and what's ok. Personally I still have a problem with evening munching. I haven't moderated myself on that one yet.
