I had issues too and my Dr switched to Metoprolol. I only take 50Mg once a day and it work for me.

I take xerelto and I also take 2 anti depression medications. I have had no troubles with it .
Sorry xerleto is my blood thinner having brain fart this morning. Actually I take 2 blood pressure meds linsinpril 5 mg the other is metropolis O think is the name and not sure of dosage neither effect my antidepressan medications
