I totally understand. Over a year ago I popped my Achilles tendon and it took nearly 4 months before I could walk fairly normally again. Chair exercises help a lot. Either sitting down and doing arm movements or using the chair to support you standing on one leg to do some exercising. Hang in there... This too shall pass.
