Myself, I'm not a true fan of a daily regiment surely there's another way to overcome this condition. Are, there any other threads that's just not settling.
I work very crazy schedule. I cannot be regimented because of my schedule. I have found that the protein sparing modified fast program through the Cleveland Clinic works very well to control my diabetes and has helped me lose over 45 lb in the last 4 months.
Get used to daily regimen. It's the only way at this time.
