Just walk. Get a pedometer. Track your steps every day. One day at a time.

Do it for 1 minute. Lie to yourself. You will end up doing it longer. Tell yourself you only have to do it for one minute and you can stop after that.

I have a couple of girl friends that keep me accountable! Just yesterday though had to stay close to the bathroom so worked out downstairs on elliptical. I watched a movie to keep me going! It’s hard but you just have to do it.

I quit smoking that way. I would tell myself if after 20 minutes and you just cannot stand it without what you want, you can have it. It usually works!
