Have any of my Canadian folks used the disability claim on their taxes ?
I seem to recall they get 30 percent if what they recover for you and it is a one time charge. Well worth it.
Tried for the disability tax credit unfortunately with their current junk happening they are turning many down for it even if you do more then the 14 hours a week of treatment time.
I have a feeling that the offer was given knowing the limit was so high no one could qualify, great money saver for the government.
How much does True North Disabikities charge?
There seems to be a lot of misunderstanding on this tax credit. If you apply on your own or even through a professional accounted your chances of success are low. If you are taking insulin then follow the advice and direction of am organization like True North Disabilities. I did and I completed the forms with my doctor. Took about 8 months but got approved, got to claim retroactive 8 years and been claiming the credit fo years.
You would be amazed just how much time we spend managing every aspect of our disability.
