That is correct Doglvr69. Net carbs is what is counted

My understanding is (and what I do) count net carbs. They are assuming that the fiber or whatever goes through the intestines without being absorbed so it doesn't affect blood sugar. The other carbs do affect net carbs.

Really depends on you. Total carbs is simplest way to go. People will say otherwise, but that’s ok. With total carbs, you know what you’re eating!!!!
