False lows are because your body used to the higher numbers. Give your body time to adjust to the new numbers you’re probably getting

when People whose blood sugar runs higher than normal. Could be 300, or what ever number. Their body get accustomed to the higher numbers, when they get a lower blood sugar it feels like a low, hence a false low

How do you know they are false? Check again, also check your strips, are they out of date? Keep the lid on the container tight. Also if you have another meter check meters against one another or that it to you doctor to check. It's important.
