What are your opinions on products stating "no sugar added", when in fact they use ulternative sugars. I feel these alternative sugars can be just as harmful to diabetics.

Is there anyone out here that take Gabapentin? If so, does it work for you and what dose are you taking. My doctor tried me on the 100mg 3x a day but it didn’t help me at all.
