I have arthritis in my hands and your description sounds just like how my hands have felt this Winter. I actually had to get steroid shots in my hands last fall.

Cbd oil works but you need to get the right oil ones that are more potaint as diabetics we also will experience low blood circulation witch can cause some numbness and pain in your limbs you need to talk to your Dr explain to him exactly what your feeling and what your doing when you get the symptoms remember as diabetics we also are high risk of stroke and heart atttacks so please see your Dr

Due to the Neuropathy of diabetes, could always take nerve support. RHP health products, it does help, however only available in states

The best thing I’ve found for stiffness and pain my feet, is CBD oil . It’s an all natural anti inflammatory so it’s soothes nerves as well as tendons and ligaments that are inflamed because diabetes does that but it’s also a natural pain reliever and no side affects like drowsiness or upset stomach. Hope this helps

One of the things I've been told that whenever your feet or fingers feel cold like you might be getting frostbite is to put them under lukewarm to cold water, not hot water. I do find that it works a lot faster to warm yourself up.
