I suffer extreme pain in my lower leg and feet. Although it gets massaged three timees a week, it is so sore that I sometimes do not know what to do with the pain. My veins are also very swollen. Please help, what can I do to relieve the pain?
As a diabetic we are prone to low magnesium levels which can cause pain in feet and legs. The best way to build up the levels is to take magnesium kelate supplements and take regular epsen salt soaks.
I experience continuous burning sensation on the top and under my feet.
Also my feet are painful, and i need to use shoes with very soft inner.

In addition with good blood glucose readings I'd suggest taking ginkgo biloba which may help with circulation of blood to the brain but NOT as a substitute for good blood glucose control.

I get treated for Diabetes, with Insulin and Oral medication, as well as for Cholesterol, Hypertension and Depression.
My wife has Type 2 Diabetes, she is on Metformin and insulin, but now Neuropathy is becoming a problem, the soles of her feet and the back of the leg just above the heel tickles, and needs me to massage her. Can you help in this case?
