For example Thursday I ate breakfast 1 egg 1/4 cup potatoes 2 slices bacon and a biscuit with orange marmalade at 11am cuz i woke up at 10am left at noon to head to an appt, met with friends at 3pm for lunch by that time I dropped to 54, every time I take the glipizide no matter what I eat I get too low, I even snack in between meals to stay consistent with my carb intake. I am not a doctor, but I know when my bs drops it is not a good feeling. It's so tricky dealing with numbers.

You should report this to your doctor right away. They should be able to tell you if you are taking too much or what. My doctor wants me to report any reading below 70, but I haven't done so because I have had the glucose tablets and if my reading doesn't start to go up within a half hour I will then call him.

Thank you I am on the lowest dose they can give, was thinking maybe not the right kind of med for me
