I have learnt it not only medication but exercise and way of eating coupled with intermiten fasting that combination works for me as is I do not use insulin and am working hard not to

Yes, you will have days like that. That being said you must always try to control your blood sugars. Know that illness, emotions, and stress also affect your blood sugars
