Some Gatorade for electrolytes. Do not take the diabetes meds that day or the day of your colonoscopy.

I was told not to take any meds or insulin the day before during the cleanse. That helps in not going low. I was booked for the first appointment of the day so I could get back on track the day of.

Test more often throughout the day to make sure you're going really high or really low...
