Probably not especially if you are Type 1.

watch the documetnary series i thrive and watch the journey john takes to reverse his diabetes you will be amazed at the info avaiable after that.

However if body is producing insulin but it is not enough to handle a high carb diet, you could be given insulin to assist. Then if you changed diet and lifestyle...then you could get off insulin.

No. Unless y miracle the pancreas started producing insulin.

I was told no...people taking oral meds, still making there own insulin but those injecting are not making any of their own
