I just found, Guide to accurate carb counting, think like a pancreas, and Pumping Insulin. Been reading them and found them useful. My doctor is now ordering so we can talk the same language with my care.

Carbs & Cals shows both but also the values of each of 3 portion sixes. Helpful as each portion shown in picture form. Allows the choice of more types of food by the control of portion size
