So far no one has come up with any suggestions on how to stop frequent use of my bladder especially during the night

Have u been told the size and elasticity of your bladder? Some ppl just have smaller bladders. Also if there has been bamage to the body some times the bladder will louse the ability to expand properly thus causing issues with retention of urine.
