I’ve seen three and it’s quite daunting how much sugar , salt , fats , etc
I’ve now started the ketogenic eating plan and it seems to be working low carb high good fats no sugar
Supposed to be great for weight loss it’s diabetic friendly

It is up to YOU to manage your diabetes, all they can do is make recommendations as to how you might be able to do so, but when all is said and dun it is 100% up to you to figure out what works best for you and move on from there is what treatment is your best option.
