I checked my levels an it was 5.2 i then had lemon herb chicken with mash potatoe an vegies half an hour later i started going to the gym, i done an hr an half work out got home an tested my sugar an bam 3.8 i thought excersing was ment to help 😢😢
I know with me when i do a heavy workout my sugars tend to go up but if i take a walk in nature or down town to look at the sites it comes down, but you also ate a heavy so that made your sugar jump up.. Also try swimming its good for you , a workout it great but try slowing down and enjoy the moment you will see how it will bring sugars down too.
Work outs can lower or rocket someone higher depending on howbthe body reacts to that specific type of workout.
Sounds like you didnt eat enough carbs to cover the workout.

I spoke to my doctor he said that everything I'm doing is good i need to go an see a diabetic specialist as when I'm off the tablets my levels go high an then on the tablets they go low.It doesn't matter if I exercise or not it goes low too quick. Thanks, everyone that has commented hopefully with more help ill get on top an feel great again..
