No because I ate as much and whatever I wanted. I did damage to my body out of ignorance. I am a much more informed person and I listen to my body. It tells me when I'm off track and headed for disaster. I am now 36 lbs lighter, no pain in my feet and vision back to normal.

I am eating healthier now, have lost quite a bit of weight, but I do miss eating with abandon- eating a bowl of pasta w bread and not worrying how many carbs, serving portions, etc.
