Here in Ireland all diabetic meds are free
I've tried that.. the pharmacist tried but it messes with my insurance. He said because my insurance is a government medicare supplement insurance (sponsored through my public employees retirement system) that none of the "coupons" or deals or anything that others might be able to use will work. They can't be used in conjunction with my plan. So I'm stuck.. It looks to me like any medications that work similarly have the same problem as they are all on the most expensive tier.
Try asking your pharmacist if there is a way you can get your medicine cheaper. Make sure it is the pharmacist you ask and give a medicine name. I saw this on 60 minutes tv show.
Exactly! I am on victoza too for the past 6 years. I was a Federal employee and I kept paying for it when I retired so I pay next to nothing! Ontario does not cover it.
Hi. I am on Victoza too. I pay for part of it until I have paid for about five months. After that I pay nothing. I am in Canada.
