I have worked through major incidents in London and whilst information on a phone is great they are often one of the first things to go missing, are password protected or systems go down. Always worth having a backup in paper form

I have a plastic folder with my meter etc plus my pills are close by. Good ideas from the team tho. Cheers. Noel

Yes i keep my pills in my purse. And i carry apples or carrots and celery plus 32oz water with lemon or limes
