Yes, I do have a gym member for the last 15 years. I recently changed my medication. I couldn't not afford the insulin since going on medicare. Now I take Novalog. I have to say I hate it. I never know what it going to do. When I go to the gym I have to stop working out and go home and eat something. I don't know when I going to have a sugar low. I am working with doctor with the amount but I just think why do they have a medication that it is so hard to use. Never had a problem before. Getting back to the gym I do eat before going. I have gain inches around my waist and I can't seem to get rid of it. Very very frustrating.
