To convert from mmol/L to mg/dl multiply the mmol/L by 18.

But I use this converter

Just type in the value you want to convert into the other value. It works converting mg/dl to mmol/L and mmol/L to mg/dl

Blood glucose in the US is measured in mg/dL, whereas in Canada it is measured in mmol/L. Here is a link to a site that gives the conversions. http://www.joslin.org/info/conversion_table_for...
