It comes in various forms, including tea. It is supposed to be helpful in bringing down your A1C.
Eating raw broccoli once a day should be much better
I saw bitter melon mentioned several times in a newsgroup - someone probably in Indonesia kept using it. I don't remember much on how well it worked.
