A diabetic cream might help, just dont put it between your toes. It will help with itching.

How are your blood sugars running? I find my feet itches when my sugars are high. It is the worst itch its feels like the itch is under my toe nails. Try using the cream brought in the diabetic section in the stores also wear only white socks I was told that long ago. Good luck and hope this helps.
