The HbA1c is an average of the last three months of your glucose levels with about 50% coming from the last 30 days, 25% from the last 60 days, and 25% from the last 90 days. Unless you are on a continuous glucose monitoring system, you will not be seeing all of your blood glucose information. So there can be a big difference between your HbA1c and your blood glucose readings. You can try testing at different times of the day, try testing more often, or if you can swing it get a CGM (Continuous Glucose Monitor). I'm in the US, so I don't understand your other numbers at all. Sorry about that.
