I told it has to do with the sugars that are not used because of high blood sugars I was like that for years until I changed medicines and eventually doctors. I think it was metformin but can't be sure

Thanks KimJMay I stopped taking Metformin because of the pains. I did end up with Gall stones. I blame it on the Metformin. Now taking Januvia instead.
