I have been diagnosed with a lung infection and I am on cortisone and my sugars are just out of whack. I have very high sugars from mid-day between 11-20 and very low sugars in the early parts of the morning 3 - 4. I have also been fitted with a dexcom sensor. Is there anyone out there that can help please please.
Try not to panic infections cause havoc with sugar levels. The cortisone will deal with the lung infection and when that is settled your readings will come down. Keep in touch
Yes, you can take Victoza with your insulin. In fact, it is very helpful !
It's normal for your sugars to be all over during an illness.
